Join OneAdvanced. We're looking for an experienced NetSuite Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of our NetSuite platform. You will ensure the platform operates reliably day to day while continuing to evolve in line with the changing needs of the business. Leading our NetSuite support and change function, you will manage a team of administrators and analysts and act as the single point of accountability for the platform roadmap, including our ZoneBilling (ZAB) billing operations. This is a broad and influential role combining hands-on platform ownership, people leadership, stakeholder management and strategic planning. You will work closely with Finance and the wider business to ensure NetSuite delivers a reliable service, supports critical business processes and provides measurable value.
What You Will Do
- Own the NetSuite platform and roadmap: Act as the Product Owner for NetSuite, defining and maintaining the platform roadmap and ensuring it aligns with business priorities. You will manage and prioritise the backlog of enhancements, fixes and projects based on business value, operational risk and stakeholder needs, communicating priorities clearly across the business.
- Lead support operations: Take ownership of the NetSuite support function, ensuring incidents and service requests are effectively triaged and resolved within agreed service levels. You will establish and report against support KPIs, identify recurring issues and address root causes to continuously improve the quality and reliability of the service.
- Manage change and releases: Oversee the full NetSuite change lifecycle, from gathering requirements and assessing impact through to build, testing, user acceptance testing and release. You will ensure changes are appropriately governed, documented and deployed safely, including managing NetSuite version upgrades and platform releases.
- Lead and develop the team: Lead, coach and develop a team of NetSuite administrators and analysts. You will set clear objectives, manage performance and workload, support career development and build a high-performing, collaborative and customer-focused team.
- Own ZoneBilling operations: Take ownership of the ZoneBilling configuration and billing operations within NetSuite, ensuring subscription, usage and recurring billing processes run accurately and on time. You will optimise billing workflows, support month-end and revenue processes, and lead the resolution of complex billing and system issues.
- Partner with stakeholders: Work closely with Finance, Billing, Revenue and other business functions to understand their requirements and translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications. You will confidently manage expectations, communicate progress and help stakeholders understand platform capabilities, priorities and constraints.
- Maintain governance, security and compliance: Maintain effective controls across NetSuite roles, permissions, data and system processes. You will support audit requirements, SOX-style controls and wider regulatory and compliance obligations, ensuring the platform remains secure and appropriately governed.
- Manage vendors and partners: Manage relationships with NetSuite, Zone & Co and third-party delivery partners and contractors. You will ensure external partners provide high-quality delivery, clear accountability and value for money.
What You Will Have
You will have significant experience working with NetSuite across platform administration, support, change or product ownership, including responsibility for a live production environment within a complex organisation. You will also bring:
- In-depth knowledge of the NetSuite platform, including SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, roles and permissions, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ZoneBilling (Zab), with a strong understanding of subscription, usage and recurring billing processes.
- Experience leading and developing a technical or systems team.
- The ability to balance day-to-day support requirements with longer-term change, improvement and project delivery.
- A product ownership mindset, including backlog management, prioritisation by business value and effective roadmap planning.
- Experience working within an agile or structured change environment, supported by strong governance and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex system and business-process issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- The confidence to work with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and build effective relationships across multiple business functions.
