As we continue to expand, we are looking to bring in an experienced recruiter who will initially focus on candidate delivery, with a clear pathway into a full 360 recruitment role. The position is ideal for a recruiter with construction experience who enjoys sourcing and delivering top talent but also wants to progress into business development and running a full desk.

  • Source, attract and engage high-quality construction candidates
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across key disciplines
  • Qualify candidates through detailed screening and interviews
  • Work closely with senior consultants to fill live vacancies
