Responsibilities

• Spend most of your time on the floor, checking the cleanliness of our hotel rooms and public areas.
• Substitute our Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence.
• Share responsibility for our housekeeping team, which includes both internal staff and external cleaning companies, and ensure the team works together smoothly.
• Train and coach the team, ensuring that the established quality standards are maintained and followed.
• Assist in coordinating the external cleaning companies, handling orders, and checking delivery bills.
• Work hand in hand with our hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfil the wishes of our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same position.
• A passion for cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for detail.
• Presenting yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace, and humour is second nature to you.
• Enjoying working with international guests and knowing exactly how to respond smartly to their diverse needs.
• Speaking English fluently.
