Citadines Trafalgar Square London is seeking a confident Housekeeper to become part of our Team. Our properties operate 24/7; therefore, the department works on an early and late shift, on a rotating basis. You will report to the Head Housekeeper, supporting towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Housekeeping Team, managing both employees and external workers through our outsourced partners, ensuring that the standards of cleaning, hygiene, stock control and staffing are maintained.
- Planning, organising and supervising the cleaning services within the property.
- Dealing with suppliers, trade associations, outsourced partners, ensuring linen, uniform, consumable and staff costs are within budget.
- Supporting on departmental communications.
- Supporting on reporting and budget for the Housekeeping Team.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Ability to lead and develop teams.
- Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
- Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly.
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous.
