Tucked away down a narrow London lane, our Ruby Stella takes her name and inspiration from one of the neighborhood's historic literary lights: Charles Dickens. With Farringdon's rich history as a creative hub, we set to work creating a cosy, bookish space. Our Ruby Stella and her 153 rooms are within strolling distance of the shops and theatres of the West End, along with historic sights like St Paul’s Cathedral and the Tower of London.

• Take care of cleaning the public areas and, when needed, the hotel rooms.
• Handle additional special cleaning tasks in consultation with the Housekeeping Operations Manager/Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ensure and maintain the established housekeeping quality standards.
• Work hand in hand with our hosts and hotel technicians to fulfil the needs of our guests.
• Be the go‑to person for our guests on the floor and always know what to do.
• Take responsibility for lost and found items, because nothing slips through your fingers.

• Gained experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Loving cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for the little details.
• Bringing a positive attitude and always have a smile on your face.
• Enjoying working with international guests and knowing how to handle their various requests.
• Speaking fluent English.
