We are looking for a Night Host / Receptionist to join Hyatt Centric, Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Being a friendly face and go-to person for guests, contractors and visitors.
  • Inspiring and informing guests on local attractions and events.
  • Welcoming guests when they check in and leaving a great impression when they check out.
  • Managing reservations and queries online, by email, on the phone and in person with a can-do attitude.
  • Handling out-of-hours guest queries for other Hyatt properties.
