We are now seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of day-to-day service delivery across our London sites. The Clinic Operations Manager will lead the operational, administrative, and compliance functions of our multi-site business. You’ll work closely with clinicians, front-of-house staff, suppliers, and the executive team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our clinics and deliver a seamless, premium patient experience. Operations & Compliance Oversee daily clinic operations across sites, including front-of-house, rotas, courier/test kit logistics, appointment flow, and room scheduling. Ensure CQC compliance and support audits, infection control, and governance reporting. Handle incident reporting, complaints, and patient service resolution. Support implementation of new services, patient journeys, and digital care models. Onboard, train, and motivate new staff and locums. Promote exceptional service and uphold One5 Health’s warm, friendly and professional brand tone. Inventory, Fulfilment & Vendors Business Support & Reporting Assist with financial reconciliations, invoice processing, and cost monitoring. Supporting Growth & Digital Scaling Help operationalise digital services , from virtual consultations to at-home diagnostics and subscriptions. Bring ideas and structure to how we manage quality, compliance, and customer experience as we scale. 3+ years experience in management position in a clinic, health centre, or healthcare operations role. ~ Strong working knowledge of CQC standards , health and safety, patient confidentiality and infection control. ~ Experience with digital systems and platforms (such as Semble, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Slack etc.). ~ Full-time, 5 days per week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Competitive salary, based on experience Pension scheme and paid holiday Free annual health check and discounts on services Opportunity to grow with the business and shape your own role Join One5 Health and help us build the future of doctor-led, preventative healthcare.
