We are a doctor-led, evidence-based, modern medical practice located in Central London, specialising in providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare services. One5 Health is dedicated to patient-centred care and enhancing long-term health outcomes and operates by the fundamental principle of prevention being better than cure.

We are seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to join our team on-site in our Central & East London Clinics. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of One5 Health. Acting as the central point of coordination between patients, clinicians, and the wider team, you will manage communications, appointments, and administrative workflows with a strong focus on urgency, accuracy, and patient experience.

You will monitor multiple inboxes, prioritise urgent tasks, support the clinical team, and ensure patients receive timely, professional responses throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively monitor and scan all relevant inboxes throughout the day to identify and prioritise urgent matters.
  • Escalate urgent patient queries, clinician requests, and sales enquiries appropriately.
  • Manage and action urgent tasks set by clinicians or the wider team.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient emails and queries.
  • Manage appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and time changes.
  • Handle urgent patient queries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Support interim and annual recall processes, ensuring patients are contacted and booked appropriately.
  • Respond to new patient and sales enquiries, providing accurate information and next steps.
Clinical & Team Support
  • Support clinical team emails and queries in line with internal processes.
  • Upload clinical results and share them according to Lead Clinician SOPs.
  • Complete result uploads accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist clinicians with administrative tasks to support patient care delivery.
  • Manage invoicing tasks accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is uploaded correctly.
  • Ensure all actions comply with data protection, confidentiality, and clinical governance standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration, care coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise urgent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional and patient-focused approach.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with exposure to primary care systems.
  • Confident using email, practice management systems, and digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a multidisciplinary team.
