We are looking for a strategic transformation leader to bring order to complexity, shaping which initiatives matter, where the business focuses its energy, and how change is delivered at pace. This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic transformation role, partnering with business leaders to bring clarity, focus, and momentum to change.
Cambridge Nutritional Foods is an SME of over 100 employee‑owners undergoing a pivotal transformation from a mono‑brand, mono‑channel business to a multi‑brand, multi‑channel platform. If you are driven by impact and enjoy turning complexity into practical outcomes, this role offers the chance to shape how transformation happens across the business.
Please note this role is not a system/software focused role or environment. It provides oversight, governance and change management to all projects, both commercial and operational, across the business. This could include, but is not limited to, launching new nutritional food products, Target Operating Model, Business Process Improvement, People and Culture Transformation.
Location: Corby, Northants (Hybrid – 3 days at our Corby HQ)
Role Type: 9-12 Months maternity cover, Full Time
