Our client, an award-winning business who work with well known brands, are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their team. The role is offered with hybrid working and an excellent benefits package. You will be supporting the Head of Finance in preparing timely and accurate management accounts and partnering with various departments.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Profit and Loss
    • Ensuring accruals are in place for each brand/range including supply chain, data costs and reworks.
    • Liaising with the commercial team regarding range pricing agreements.
    • Posting all rebates and performing profit reviews.
    • Reviewing the Ireland accounts.
    • Preparing and reviewing UK accounts.
    • Reviewing and querying the supply chain inventory report to ensure sufficient stock provision.
    • Reviewing intercompany sales and requesting corrections.
  • Balance Sheet
    • Ensuring stock valuation and stock adjustments are recorded correctly.
    • Ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are performed accurately and in a timely basis.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Assisting with budgets and forecasts.
    • Initiating month end reviews with the commercial team.
    • Supporting the Head of Finance with projects.
