Our client, an award-winning dynamic business is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join their team.

This is a pivotal role within the business and you will be working closely with the Head of E-Commerce, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise the potential of the online sales channels., E-Commerce website management – Day-to-day management of the websites, implementing strategies and ensuring compliance to brand guidelines.
Sales and revenue growth – Drive e-commerce sales, increase conversion rates, optimise on-site merchandising strategies, develop a roadmap for conversion rate optimisation.
Forecasting – Contribute to accurate sales forecasting, capitalise on seasonal trends via campaigns and promotions.
Data Analysis & Reporting – Utilise tools such as Google Analytics to monitor website performance and analyse metrics. Provide regular reports to drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
SEO & Google Ads Management – Manage and optimise SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic. Oversee Google Ads campaigns ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
You should have proven experience in an e-commerce management role, strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, be creative, have a strong understanding of brand awareness and excellent collaboration skills.
