E-Billing Analyst
to join their Leeds team. With professionals based across major financial centres, they offer a collaborative, fast-paced environment and excellent opportunities for career growth.
The Role:
Reporting to the E-Billing Supervisor, you\’ll manage e-bill systems, support complex client accounts, ensure SLAs are met, assist junior team members, and contribute to process improvements. You\’ll be a key player in training, reporting, and stakeholder management.
You Bring:
- Strong e-billing and reconciliation experience
- Excellent accuracy, data input, and communication skills
- Ability to work under SLAs and meet KPIs
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
- Fluent English; multi-currency or shared service experience a plus
