One25 is a Bristol charity supporting women moving from crisis and trauma towards independent community life. We provide night and early‑morning outreach, a hub for health services, and intensive one‑to‑one care in areas such as court support and safe accommodation. We are recruiting a Van Outreach Worker to lead Saturday and Sunday night van shifts on alternate weekends, supporting street‑sex working women and a small volunteer team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead van outreach shifts, deliver support to women working in street sex.
- Brief and debrief volunteers before and after shifts.
- Make safeguarding and safety decisions.
- Spend an additional 2.5 hours per week on admin, meetings, supervision and training.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting women with multiple disadvantages or complex trauma, including sex work, homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health or sexualised trauma.
- Strong interpersonal skills, understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality, confidence, quick thinking and decisiveness.

Hours:
Fortnightly shift pattern: 14.5 hours across the fortnight. Week 1: 12 hours (two weekend van shifts of 9.5 hrs and 2.5 hrs of admin, meetings, supervision, training on Mon‑Thurs). Weekend timings: Saturday 20:30, Sunday 20:30. Week 2: 2.5 hours of admin, meetings, supervision, training on Mon‑Thurs, 9 am–5 pm. Flexibility is offered for organising the weekly admin hours; candidates may share preferences.
Salary: £5,425.90 per annum (£28,065 FTE)

Location: St Pauls, Bristol. Remote or hybrid working is not possible for van outreach shifts; some hybrid working may be possible for admin hours.
