One YMCA in Salisbury is seeking a motivated youth worker to inspire and support children and young people aged 5-18 through Airplay Clubs, Airplay Connect, and Ben Club. You will help deliver centre-based and outreach activities, guided by the YMCA Youth Work Strategy.
The role is part-time (7 hours per week) with Tuesday and Thursday shifts, training provided, and overtime opportunities. Applicants should be passionate, team-oriented, and able to work evenings and weekends.
