The predicted salary is between 12000 - 16000 £ per year.
Reporting to the Lead Youth Worker, you will help deliver a combination of centre-based and outreach youth work in line with the Airplay Theory of Change and the YMCA Youth Work Strategy. Work 7.5 hours per week, Monday 3 hours, Tuesday 4.5 hours. Full training will be provided. A Basic or Enhanced Criminal Disclosure may be required following a conditional offer.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging activities and meaningful support for RAF children and young people through the Airplay Clubs (ages 8‑18), Airplay Connect (online) and Ben Club (ages 5‑7).
- Support youths in emotional wellbeing and provide a safe, inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with team members to adapt programmes, especially during school holidays.
- Participate in community events and service delivery across Herts, Beds and Bucks.
