One YMCA Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Watford area supported housing project. You will lead the site at weekends, guiding the team to support beneficiaries toward independence and safe, sustainable outcomes.
You’ll support the Deputy Manager to deliver a high-quality, value-based service, manage day-to-day caseloads, and foster a positive culture. The role follows a fixed 40-hour rota: Fri–Mon, 0930–2000, with a 30-minute unpaid break.
