Hertfordshire’s Family Centre Service is seeking an experienced Senior Family Support Practitioner to provide leadership, supervision and professional guidance to a team of Family Support Practitioners. You will ensure vulnerable children and families receive the right support at the right time.
The role includes leading on referral allocation, case supervision, safeguarding and Early Help, while maintaining a small caseload and delivering targeted family support plans and parenting programmes
