We are seeking a compassionate communicator with strong administration skills to join our friendly Bedfordshire ISVA team delivering support to children, young people and adults who have experienced sexual abuse.
The role will involve being the first point of contact to the service for professionals and beneficiaries. The postholder will manage referrals, conduct initial assessments and respond to emails and calls to our helpline, in addition to wider administrative duties.
You will play a key part in delivering trauma informed services to support people on their journey towards recovery.

As this role involves working with vulnerable members of society, this position will require an Enhanced Criminal Disclosure check and police vetting, which will be conducted once a conditional offer is made.
