We are growing and are looking for an ambitious, driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team in our Wanstead office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Public Sector recruitment experience who is confident managing the full recruitment cycle and has experience working with neutral vendor and managed service providers.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for developing and managing a Public Sector recruitment desk, building strong client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates and delivering an exceptional recruitment service.

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience within Public Sector recruitment
  • Experience working with neutral vendors including:
    • Matrix SCM
    • Prism
    • Cnet (CR.net)
  • A proven track record of filling temporary and/or permanent vacancies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive and target-driven attitude

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates
  • Interviewing, screening and registering applicants
  • Managing compliance and onboarding
  • Liaising with hiring managers and neutral vendors
  • Negotiating rates and managing offers
  • Building your own candidate pipeline
  • Achieving individual and team recruitment targets
