Cowes Medical Centre is advertising the Patient Advisor role through One Wight Health Ltd. The position is 27.5 hours per week on a two-week rotating pattern (AM 7.45-13.15, PM 13.00-18.30). Full-time considered up to 37.5 hours, Mon–Fri, 7.45-18.30.
Salary is £12.71 per hour, with 25 days holiday pro rata plus bank holidays. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, directing to the right service, and supporting clinical staff and practice management.
