One Way Resourcing are currently looking for experienced Tape and Fill operatives for long run work in the Farnborough / Farnham area and surrounding locations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate an automatic taper (bazooka) to tape and joint using machine.
  • Work on long runs, full boards, with typical 2.4m ceiling heights in most areas. Materials supplied on site.

Pay

  • Pay is based on metres completed, with a daily minimum output target set by the client. Output will be checked and signed off daily by site management.
  • Tape and Fill pay: £3.00 per m².
  • Minimum expectation: 80 m² per day.
  • If you exceed the daily target, additional metres are paid at the same metre rate.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience and references.
  • Own tools and PPE.
  • CSCS preferred depending on site rules.
