The Demolition Project Manager will ideally have a CCDO ticket, SMSTS etc and come from a demolition background / experience. Responsibilities
- overseeing site team
- overseeing trades / subcontractors
- dealing with health and safety
- client facing
- programming
- commercially aware
- ensuring project delivery on time within budget and necessary paperwork
- overseeing a small gang of operatives including machine drivers, strip works, ripping out internals, sorting demolition debris, assisting trades on site and any other associated tasks
