Are you an organised, detail-driven Document Controller with hands-on experience using Procore? We are recruiting on behalf of an established construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across the UK. This is a key role for someone passionate about document management and construction delivery.
As Document Controller, you will manage the flow of project documentation through its lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, version control and timely distribution. You’ll work closely with project teams and subcontractors, using Procore as the central platform for all document management activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the upload, review, issue and control of construction project documents using Procore.
- Maintain accurate document registers and version control.
- Distribute documentation to internal and external stakeholders when required.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures and audit requirements.
- Support project teams with document requests and filing protocols.
