Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee construction contracts from pre‑construction through to project completion
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and quality standards
- Work closely with project managers, commercial teams and external stakeholders
- Negotiate contract terms and manage variations and change processes
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- Support strong and professional client relationships throughout the build lifecycle
