We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on an exciting project at
RM Condor, Arbroath .
This role will involve carrying out a variety of general maintenance and site tasks to support the removal and installation of ski slopes as part of an ongoing programme of works.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, multi-skilled individual who enjoys varied work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results within a busy construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out a range of general handyman and maintenance duties across the site.
- Assisting with the removal of existing ski slope structures.
- Supporting the installation of new ski slope systems.
- Completing minor repairs, adjustments, and finishing tasks as required.
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assisting the wider site team to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Following all site health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a Handyman or general maintenance role within the construction industry.
- Competent in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to carry out a range of practical maintenance and repair tasks.
- A strong work ethic with a reliable and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
CSCS Card is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous
MOD/Base Security Clearance is beneficial but not essential.
