Site Agent / Site Engineer required for an industrial groundworks project in the Burscough area. The Site Agent will be overseeing RC foundation, footings, slabs, excavation and groundworks.

The Site Agent will come from a Groundworks background with proven experience setting out for relevant schemes, i.e. RC frame, groundworks, deep drainage, and also have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and be able to manage the project.

The Site Agent / Site Engineer will be overseeing all engineering elements of the project, dealing with design and technical aspects, managing earthworks, managing engineers and foreman, ensuring delivery of the project on time and budget, developing relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, ensuring health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely.
