Project Manager

Project Manager required to join leading Modular build contractor on project in the Wisbech area. The Project Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and Black CSCS with experience of managing modular build projects from the groundworks through modular construction and installation through to hand over. Project Manager with previous modular schools and with DFE experience would be a major advantage. Project Manager with a solid background within general construction would also be considered. The Project Manager duties will be but not limited to project timelime and seeing project through to completion, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
