Experienced Site Manager required for a flagship care home development in Maidenhead.

Our client is an award-winning specialist contractor with an outstanding track record delivering high-specification care home developments throughout the UK. With decades of experience in the healthcare and care sectors, the business has established itself as one of the industry's most respected names, consistently delivering projects ranging from £2m to £30m for leading care operators nationwide.

As a result of continued growth and project wins, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager in a permanent role to oversee the delivery of a new care home scheme in Berkshire.

This role will suit a Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience managing traditional build care home projects through the crucial first-fix to completion stages. Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, safety and programme performance.

  • Managing all on-site activities and subcontractors
  • Driving programme delivery and site productivity
  • Monitoring quality standards and workmanship
  • Managing inspections, snagging and handover activities
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation
  • Coordinating site logistics and trade interfaces
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
  • Delivering projects through to practical completion

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering care home developments
  • Strong traditional build construction experience
  • Experience managing projects from first fix through to completion
  • Previous responsibility for projects valued between £2m and £30m
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid at Work
