An established and highly respected bespoke construction business operating across the Cotswolds is seeking an exceptional Contracts Manager to join its senior delivery team. This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the region's finest private residential projects, including listed manor houses, heritage restorations, luxury refurbishments, bespoke country homes and architect-led developments valued in excess of £6m.

The company has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-end craftsmanship, traditional building excellence and meticulous attention to detail across some of the most prestigious private addresses in the Cotswolds. The successful individual will play a key role overseeing multiple high-quality projects from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with discerning private clients, architects, interior designers and specialist subcontractors.

This is not a volume-build environment. Every project is bespoke, detail-driven and relationship-led.
