Contracts Manager Job Description:As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for managing multiple landscaping projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will act as the key link between clients, site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership, ensuring smooth delivery across all contracts.
Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple landscaping / external works projects simultaneously
- Oversee project delivery from mobilisation through to handover
- Ensure programmes, budgets, and resource plans are maintained
- Lead and support Site Managers and operational teams
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor commercial performance alongside QS / commercial teams
- Ensure strict health & safety compliance across all sites
- Attend progress meetings and provide regular project reporting
- Drive quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction across all contract

- £60,000 £65,000 salary
