How to prepare for a job interview at One Way Resourcing
✨Know Your Stuff
Make sure you brush up on your demolition knowledge and experience. Be ready to discuss specific projects you've worked on, the tools you've used, and how you've handled challenges on site. This will show that you're not just a candidate with a CCDO ticket, but someone who truly understands the job.
✨Bring Your References
Since the job requires two working references, have them ready to share during the interview. It’s a good idea to inform your references beforehand so they can expect a call. This shows you’re organised and serious about the position.
✨Dress for Success
Even though it’s a demolition role, first impressions matter! Wear smart-casual attire that reflects professionalism. If you have your PPE, bring it along as well; it shows you’re prepared and understand the importance of safety on site.
✨Ask Questions
Prepare a few questions about the project or the company. This not only shows your interest but also helps you gauge if the job is the right fit for you. Ask about the team you'll be working with or the types of projects they typically handle.
