Projects typically range from Β£300,000 to Β£800,000, with the business also delivering larger schemes up to approximately Β£3 million. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through to successful completion and who thrives in the fast-paced environment of retail fit-out. Contracts Manager β About Our Client Our client is a specialist fit-out contractor with decades of experience delivering exceptional spaces across retail, hospitality, wellness and commercial environments. Their portfolio includes high-profile projects for well-known brands including H&M, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister and Louis Vuitton. Projects can involve complete strip-outs and refurbishments, structural alterations, M&E installations, bespoke joinery, shopfronts and high-specification interior finishes. They have experience working within challenging live retail environments as well as listed and heritage buildings, requiring careful planning, strong communication and excellent attention to detail. Contracts Manager β The Role As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. The position will involve regular travel to projects, predominantly within Central London, alongside time working from the company's office in Hampshire.
