The business specialises in bespoke new-build houses and high-end refurbishments, operating to exacting standards and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join the business on a permanent basis, overseeing the delivery of new-build and refurbishment projects valued between £750k and £3m.
You will be responsible for managing sites from start through to completion, ensuring programmes, quality, safety and client expectations are met at all times.
Site Manager Key Responsibilities:- Full day-to-day management of live construction sites
- Deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard of finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
- Monitor programme, quality and site logistics
- Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and senior team
- Represent the business professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
