We are working with a well-established, design-led regional contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects. The business specialises in bespoke new-build houses and high-end refurbishments, operating to exacting standards and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join the business on a permanent basis, overseeing the delivery of new-build and refurbishment projects valued between £750k and £3m.

You will be responsible for managing sites from start through to completion, ensuring programmes, quality, safety and client expectations are met at all times.

Site Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Full day-to-day management of live construction sites
  • Deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard of finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
  • Monitor programme, quality and site logistics
  • Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and senior team
  • Represent the business professionally with clients and stakeholders

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
  • Background in high-end new build housing and refurbishment
  • Comfortable managing projects in the £750k - £3m value range
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
