We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a highly respected South Coast contractor with over 40 years experience delivering high quality construction projects across the education, healthcare, residential, community and public sectors. Quantity Surveyor Job Responsibilities:

  • Full commercial management from tender handover to final account
  • Interim valuations, CVRs, cost forecasting and final accounts
  • Managing subcontractor packages, variations and payments
  • Working under JCT and or NEC contracts
  • Supporting project teams to protect margin and control cost

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Chartered RICS or working towards
  • 3 to 7 years experience with a UK main contractor
  • Strong JCT and or NEC knowledge
  • Confident managing subcontractors independently
