We are working on behalf of a well-established, privately owned groundworks and civil engineering contractor with a strong presence across the South Coast. Operating for over 30 years, they deliver infrastructure packages for leading UK housebuilders, with a focus on residential developments and associated highways works. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quality Assurance / Adoptions Manager to support projects through to completion and handover.

This is a key position focused on ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and successfully adopted by relevant authorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out quality inspections on sites approaching completion
  • Supporting site teams in closing out defects and snagging
  • Assisting in the adoption process for roads, sewers, and infrastructure
  • Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and customer care requirements
  • Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and clients
  • Helping drive projects over the line to successful completion and handover

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Quality, Finishing, or Customer Care role within residential groundworks or housebuilding
  • Strong understanding of NHBC standards
  • Knowledge of highways and road adoption regulations (Section 38 / 278 etc.)
  • Ability to identify and resolve defects efficiently
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
