Site Manager required for new build and refurbishment projects across the south. The Site Manager will be overseeing mixture of new build and refurbishment projects with typical values £100k – £5m. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from groundworks, steel frame, completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Site Manager will ideally have worked on new build and refurbishment projects. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
