Site Manager required for a leading specialist contractor delivering high-quality care home developments across the UK. One Way are working on behalf of a highly respected construction business with an enviable reputation for delivering complex healthcare and care home schemes for some of the UK's most recognised care providers. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a new care home development in Trowbridge.
The company specialises in the delivery of purpose-built care homes, assisted living developments and healthcare facilities, with projects typically ranging from £2m to £30m in value. Their reputation has been built on quality, repeat business and delivering projects safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
Site Manager Position Overview
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the project through the first-fix, second-fix, commissioning and handover phases. You will be responsible for driving programme, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are maintained and delivering a successful project completion.
