Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties

• Overseeing a team of Surveyors
• Reporting to the Commercial Manager
• Planning and subcontract procurement
• Bill of quantities
• Take offs
• Valuations
• Variations,
• Site appraisals
• Scheduling
• Cashing payments
• Cost reviews
• CVRs and final accounts

The ideal candidate should ideally come from a main contracting background, with experience working on commercial projects up to the value of £15M. You should have a CSCS card and be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
