The specific sectors that our client operate within cover: Education Sports & Leisure Commercial Community Residential Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties Overseeing a team of Surveyors Reporting to the Commercial Manager Planning and subcontract procurement Bill of quantities Take offs Valuations Variations Site appraisals Scheduling Cashing payments Cost reviews CVRs and final accounts The ideal candidate should ideally come from a main contracting background, with experience working on commercial projects up to the value of £15M. You should have a CSCS card and be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
