Project Manager required to join leading developer for new build residential project in the Southampton area. The Project Manager will ideally come from a residential background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience in managing projects from inception through to completion.

The Project Manager career history to date should reflect comprehensive knowledge in the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi unit sites building houses, flats and apartments.

The Project Manager duties will be but not limited to:
