We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join our team in Bristol, carrying out plumbing and multi-trade maintenance work across social housing and residential properties.
The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing skills, alongside experience in other trades such as carpentry, kitchen fitting, plastering, decorating and general property maintenance.
Experience working for social housing maintenance contractors such as Novus, Ian Williams or similar companies would be highly desirable. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations within residential and social housing properties.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, faulty pipework, taps, toilets and other plumbing fixtures.
Undertake multi-trade repairs, including basic carpentry, kitchen repairs and fitting, plastering and decorating.
Complete general property maintenance and responsive repair work to a high standard.
Carry out remedial works and make good areas following plumbing or maintenance repairs.
Identify faults and report any additional work required. Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a plumber, ideally within a multi-trade maintenance role.
Strong plumbing skills with the ability to carry out repairs independently.
Experience in additional trades, such as carpentry, kitchen fitting, plastering and decorating.
