Document Controller required to join leading civil engineering contractor based in the Newport / Ty Awen area. The Document Controller will ideally have a solid background in administration, preferably gained working in a construction environment.
The Document Controller must have experience dealing with:
- Administration
- Compiling spreadsheets
- Filing
- Dealing with orders and site deliveries
- Recording and filing delivery reports
- Front of house duties
- Answering the telephone and taking messages
- Document Control
- Managing the drawing register
The Document Controller will have experience & use of associated platforms (ACC/Aconex/Sharepoint/etc.). The Document Controller role could be a hybrid set up but not a full remote role. The Document Controller position would be a permanent role but might start temp to temp to start onboarding quicker.
