FOREMAN REQUIRED – WR13 AREA We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team on a temporary contract. Start: 12th October 2026 End: Up to end of January 2027 Location: WR13 area Requirements Valid SMSTS Valid CSCS Card First Aid qualification Relevant Foreman/site experience Checkable references Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable and able to manage site operations effectively Duties & Responsibilities Managing the project to ensure it is delivered on time and within budget Supervising and coordinating site operatives and subcontractors Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are completed to a high standard Ensuring health & safety procedures and site rules are followed Monitoring progress against the programme and reporting any issues or delays Coordinating deliveries, materials, plant and labour Liaising with the Site Manager, contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders Reading and working from drawings, specifications and programmes Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained Organising and prioritising workloads to meet project deadlines Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently Maintaining accurate site records and reporting on progress Ensuring the site is kept clean, safe and organised at all times If you're an experienced Foreman available for the above dates and meet the requirements, please call Brad on 02380 981 600 or click apply
