An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join a highly respected and growing contractor within the property services and social housing sector. As Senior Contracts Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee contract performance across responsive repairs, planned maintenance, voids, refurbishment, and broader property services works, while maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring service delivery consistently meets contractual KPIs and SLAs.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple workstreams, drive performance, motivate teams, and maintain commercial awareness across all contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple property services contracts within the social housing sector
  • Lead and support Contract Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams
  • Ensure contracts are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality, and compliance requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor contract performance against KPIs, SLAs, and profitability targets
  • Drive operational improvements, efficiencies, and service excellence
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety, regulatory, and company standards
  • Support commercial teams with forecasting, cost control, and margin protection
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to maintain service levels
  • Identify opportunities for growth and contract expansion within existing client accounts
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager / Contracts Manager within property services or social housing
  • Extensive experience managing social housing repairs, maintenance, planned works, or refurbishment contracts
  • Strong operational leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management ability
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contract profitability
  • Good understanding of KPI/SLA-driven service delivery
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
