Project: Commercial Timber Frame
Duration: Long-term opportunity One Way are looking for a Carpenter / Roofer to join a commercial timber frame project in Exeter. Role includes: Timber frame carpentry and roofing works
Fascias, soffits and guttering
Roof construction and finishing works
General carpentry associated with timber frame builds
Working from drawings and specifications
Maintaining high standards of workmanship
Following all site health & safety procedures
All other tasks. Requirements: Relevant carpentry/roofing experience
CSCS card
Own tools and PPE
Good understanding of site health & safety Long-term work available for the right person.
