Multi-Trade Plumber – Morden Location: Morden, South London

Benefits: Company Vehicle, Fuel & Uniform Provided We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to work across the Morden area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumbing professional with additional multi-trade experience and a background in social housing or property maintenance. The Role You will carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance, alongside a range of other property maintenance tasks in residential properties. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, delivering high-quality workmanship and providing a professional service to residents. Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing repairs, installations and maintenance.
Undertake additional carpentry, kitchen fitting, plastering and decorating work.
Complete general property maintenance and responsive repairs.
Work within social housing and residential properties.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, workmanship and customer service. Requirements
Strong plumbing skills with proven multi-trade experience.
Experience in carpentry, kitchens, plastering, decorating and general maintenance.
Previous experience in social housing or property maintenance is essential or highly desirable.
Experience working for contractors such as Novus, Ian Williams or similar organisations would beadvantageous.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
A full UK driving licence is preferred, subject to company requirements. What's on Offer?
