The Quantity Surveyor will ideally be chartered / RICS accredited or be in the process of completing chartership.
The client have a broad project coverage from prime residential, residential, commercial, industrial, listed buildings, heritage and defence.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside contracts managers and site managers to take sole commercial responsibility for projects.
Responsible for review and improvement where required of company wide commercial processes and procedures. xiskglj
