Site Manager required for a new build industrial project in the Hatfield area. The Site Manager will be overseeing new build steel frame, groundworks and fit out. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from groundworks through steel frame, completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. The Site Manager will ideally have worked on design and build, new build and refurb projects.
The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to:
- Overseeing trades / subcontractors
- Dealing with health and safety

- Necessary paperwork
