Multi Trade Operative in Exeter

Locations: Devon / Cornwall Pay: £25 per hour for South West roles. London rates to be confirmed. Job type: Full-time, permanent or temp-to-perm. One Way is looking for experienced plumbing-based Multi-Trade Operatives for long-term opportunities with an established property maintenance contractor. We need reliable tradespeople who are confident working independently and have a good range of skills across residential property repairs and maintenance. The work involves maintaining properties for housing associations, charities and specialist accommodation providers. You will travel between properties within your allocated area. Duties
· Plumbing repairs, maintenance and fault finding.
· Carpentry and kitchen fitting or repairs.
· Painting and decorating.
· Plastering and general making good.
· General property maintenance and repairs.
· Working in occupied properties and dealing professionally with residents.
· Travelling between properties across your allocated area. What we are looking for
· Strong plumbing background with good all-round multi-trade skills.
· Previous experience in social housing, responsive repairs or property maintenance.
· Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
· Good communication skills and a professional approach.
· Reliable, with a good work history.
· Full UK driving licence.
· Ideally experience working for an established property maintenance contractor. What is on offer
