Estimator The Role:

  • Preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for high-end residential projects ranging from £200k to £5m

  • Projects located across the South of England

  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare tenders and budgets

  • Subcontractor and supplier pricing analysis and negotiation

  • Preparation of BOQs and pricing documents

  • Liaising with clients, architects, and consultants during pre-construction phases

  • Supporting the handover of projects to the delivery team with clear pricing and scope documentation

  • Working closely with the Directors and Project Managers to ensure accurate cost planning and forecasting

Estimator Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Estimator within the construction industry

  • Proven track record working on high-end residential projects

  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and current market rates

  • Proficient in ESTI-MATE, estimating software and Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Estimator Salary & Benefits:

  • £65,000 £80,000 (depending on experience)
